Title: Over Nighters

Topic: Brunch Ideas

There are some great breakfast recipes out there that you prep the night before and then just pop in the oven the next morning.  Here is one of my favorites!

Company Breakfast:
12 Slices Bread (Texas Toast or a thick sliced white works best)
6 Eggs
Butter (to spread on bread)
3 Cups Milk
6 Slices American Cheese
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
18 Slices Bacon (Or ham or sausage)

Fry bacon, ham or sausage and break into pieces.  Set aside. Cut off bread crusts.  Butter a 9x13 inch pan and both sides of bread.  Place 6 slices of bread in bottom of pan.  Top each with cheese; next meat.  Top with other six slices of bread.  Beat eggs, milk and salt.  Pour over bread.  Let stand in refrigerator overnight.  Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until golden brown.
